Max supports Birch Faraday across deal sourcing, transaction execution and portfolio company engagement. He works closely with advisors, brokers and business owners to identify acquisition opportunities and support transactions through the full lifecycle.
Max began his career in financial services consulting with Kroll Advisory, working across London and New York and gaining exposure to hedge funds, private equity firms and international stock exchanges. This experience built strong foundations in investment analysis, due diligence and transaction screening.
At Birch Faraday, Max supports deal sourcing, screening and execution while working closely with portfolio companies on strategic initiatives following acquisition. He maintains relationships with advisors and intermediaries to assess opportunity pipelines and acts as a key contact throughout transaction processes from early engagement through completion.
